Shelby Smyth holds a Masters of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Merrimack College and a Bachelor of Science degree Honors, Exercise Science, minor Exercise/Sports Science from Castleton University, VT. Shelby played 4 years of Varsity Volleyball and was a 3 year Captain holding the school records for Assists and Serving Aces. Shelby also played Varsity Lacrosse and was part of two NCAA championship game appearances. Shelby is a fitness and nutrition enthusiast whom is always seeking new adventures! She enjoys hiking, long runs outside, biking, SUP, swimming, yoga, snowboarding and trying all types of delicious & nutritious foods from around the world! Shelby is a Personal Trainer and holds CPR/First Aid, Red Cross Life Guard Certified and ASEP Coaching Certifications.
